Car hire without a deposit is not permitted. The deposit is mandatory: At Enterprise, it is fixed at €250 or €1000 depending on the vehicle class hired. But don't worry, it is refundable if the vehicle is returned in the same condition and there is no additional fee charged on the return of the vehicle (such as an extra day, fuel etc.)
