No, your Free Day isn't lost. You can request your points to be deposited back into your account up to 6 months after the scheduled pick-up date. To request a deposit:

  • Login to your account
  • Select "My Rewards and Benefits"
  • View your points history
  • Request a redeposit for your redemption reservation that was not picked up
