What should I do if I have a car hire reservation in the United States and my flight is delayed?
Airport car hire locations in the United States:
- Reservations are valid for 24 hours from the scheduled time of pick-up for delayed flights and charges will not begin until the time of pick-up.
- Location will remain open for up to 2 hours after their posted closing time to accommodate delayed customers.
When booking your reservation online or with an agent include your airline and flight information. Providing Enterprise with your flight information allows us to serve you better.
Please Note: Frequent flyer points are not automatically paid if you provide your flight information. To receive credit for your miles you must add your Frequent Flyer number to your profile and include the information with your reservation.
