There will be an additional charge of 10 EUR per day with a maximum of 50 EUR per rental, excluding VAT and location surcharges, for each additional authorized driver. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age or older. Drivers aged 21 - 24 may rent economy, compact, intermediate, standard and full-size cars. Drivers must be at least 25 years old to rent premium, special and luxury cars. Drivers 21-24 years of age will be assessed an additional fee of 10 EUR per day excluding VAT with a maximum of 100 EUR per rental , local premium location fees and surcharges where applicable. All car classes are available for renters 25 years and older at no additional charge.
CROSS BORDER POLICY- THE RENTER MUST ADVISE THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN ACROSS AN INTERNATIONAL BORDER AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL OTHER THAN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES IS NOT PERMITTED, A- AUSTRIA, AND- ANDORRA, CH- SWITZERLAND, D- GERMANY, DK- DENMARK, E- SPAIN, F- FRANCE, FIN- FINLAND, GB- UK, GR- GREECE, I- ITALY, IRL- IRELAND, L- LUXEMBURG, N- NORWAY, NL- NETHERLANDS, P- PORTUGAL, S- SWEDEN, CONTACT THE RENTAL LOCATION FOR ADDITIONAL CROSS BORDER RESTRICTIONS. A PENALTY FEE OF 4,500 EUR WILL APPLY FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED DROP OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN A COUNTRY PROHIBITED FOR CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL. A PENALTY FEE OF 1,800 EUR WILL APPLY FOR UNAUTHORIZED DROP OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN FRANCE, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG AND THE NETHERLANDS. A PENALTY FEE OF 4,000 EUR WILL APPLY FOR UNAUTHORIZED DROP OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE COUNTRY OF RENTAL ORIGIN.
CDW COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER removes a renter's responsibility for damage in case of accident, fire or vandalism to the rental vehicle excluding tires and windshield. CDW is not insurance. Purchasing CDW reduces the renter's responsibility to a deductible ranging between 650 EUR and 2000 EUR for a daily fee ranging between 7.49 EUR and 25.75 EUR depending on the car type and length of rental. The daily fee excludes VAT and local surcharge. In case of violation such as alcohol, drugs or any other misuse as stated in the T&C's, the renter stays responsible for the full value of the damage. If CDW is declined by the renter, he are she will be responsible for the full value of the damage to the rental vehicle. In case of damage or theft an administration cost of 40 EUR excluding VAT and local fees is applied in addition to the non-waivable excess. All prices are subjected to changes without prior notice.

One way charges cannot be prepaid.
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference plus an extra charge of 10 EUR plus VAT and local fees or surcharges.

PAI PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE is an insurance covering the driver of the rental vehicle only. PAI covers bodily injury or death caused by an accident during the use of the rented vehicle. The price of PAI ranges from 2.10 EUR per day up to 4.2 EUR per day. The daily price excludes VAT and local surcharges. In the case of bodily injury PAI compensation covers medical care, and in the case of death PAI covers funeral costs up to a limit of 495,787 EUR. Several exclusions apply such as involvement in car races, legal reasons, etc. The full T C's are available at the rental station and must be signed by the driver when purchasing this product.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD AND VISA. A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF PICKUP FOR EACH RENTAL. THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT IS 250 EUR PLUS THE COST OF THE RENTAL. THE DEPOSIT CAN RANGE FROM 250 EUR TO 2000 EUR PLUS THE COST OF THE RENTAL DEPENDING ON VEHICLE CLASS. TRAVELERS CHECKS AND EURO CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME. DEBIT CARDS AND CASH MAY NOT BE USED FOR A DEPOSIT BUT MAY BE USED FOR FINAL PAYMENT UPON RETURN OF THE VEHICLE.
Enterprise offers roadside assistance included in the daily rate. The assistance will cover vehicle malfunction. Events such as a flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement non exhaustive list are not covered by Roadside Assistance Protection. RAP is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, the renter or authorized driver's are in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set fort therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available but standard charges will apply. Enterprise rental locations do not provide direct roadside assistance to the customer. This assistance is provided by Touring Club Belgium on behalf of Enterprise. This service is available 24/7 by calling 012/39 09 44 within the country of rental. Assistance outside the country of rental may be obtained by calling +32 12 39 09 44.
ALL DRIVERS, BOTH RENTAL AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS, MUST PRESENT A VALID DRIVING LICENCE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. IN ADDITION TO A VALID DRIVING LICENCE, THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST FURTHER PRESENT AN ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION PASSPORT AND A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME. MULTIPLE PART DRIVING LICENCE HOLDERS MUST PRESENT ALL PARTS OF THEIR LICENCE. AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE HOLDING A NON EUROPE DRIVING LICENCE. ADDITIONAL ID OR FURTHER IDENTIFICATION CHECKS MAY BE REQUESTED IF DEEMED NECESSARY. THIS MAY INCLUDE AN IDENTITY CHECK WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS WHO MAY CHECK DETAILS SUPPLIED AGAINST DATABASES TO WHICH THEY HAVE ACCESS.

All the vehicles in our fleet are insured against damage or injuries caused to a third party and/or third party property as a result of an accident involving the hire vehicle. You must comply with all of the rental company's Terms and Conditions in order to receive the benefit of the insurance provisions.
