Exit customs, make a left toward the ticket counter. The rental counter is 20 feet from the Customs exit before the terminal exit doors. An agent will assist you with the rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Rental Policies

All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. 

Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. 

Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. 

An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.  

The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location. 

Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21, and maximum rental age is 99 years.

Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee.

 

Driving restricted within the island of Tortola only.

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.

Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection with Deductible (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, the rental company agrees, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for the cost of damage to or loss of the vehicle after the deductible of up to $1,000.00 USD, depending on car class. If CDW-TP and CDW-TPD are both declined, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damage or the full value of the vehicle.

 

Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside Tortola do not provide coverage in Tortola. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customer's personal auto insurance coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pick-up date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.


Option 1- We Refill

This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 25% surcharge will apply.

Option 2- You Refill

This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

Credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

Credit Cards Honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®

An authorization in the amount of the total cost of the rental plus 15% may be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.

Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo. Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location.

If renting with cash a deposit in the amount of $1500.00 USD plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This deposit amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges

 

Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) - If selected and paid for at the time of rental, Owner offers Roadside Assistance Protection, which provides 24/7 roadside assistance without additional charge.

RAP includes replacement of lost keys (including remote entry devices), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed) and fuel delivery service (limited supply to help reach nearest gas station).

Must meet the location's minimum age requirements.

Present a valid driver's license from country of origin. A temporary BVI (British Virgin Islands) drivers license is required by law for all drivers at a cost of $10.00 USD if renting for more than 30 days. Temporary license is good for 90 days and must be paid for in cash. If renter has a local drivers license, no need to purchase temporary license.

Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental.

International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.
 

Third Party Liability (TPL) the purchase of TPL is optional. You may purchase TPL for an additional fee. TPL provides you with coverage for damages and injuries to third parties which are accident-related expenses not pertaining to the rented vehicle, up to the policy limits, subject to actions that invalidate TPL. No deductible applies.
